On 11 December 2007 in the General Consulate of the Federal Republic of Germany in Wroc³aw, an official handover of the chairmanship for the term of three years took place between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Poland.
The ceremony was organized within the framework of the 10th Plenary Meeting of the ICPO. After the termination of a three-year term of Mr. Thomas Stratenwerth (German Delegation), Mr. Mariusz Gajda (Polish Delegation) was appointed to the post.
